We are based in the US, on the West Coast. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our partnered sweat-free factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories and vendors specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return the time within 15 days for a full refund. However, we do not handle exchanges. So make sure you are ordering the correct item. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us! 

Our customer support is very efficient and we get back to customers within 24 hours. 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
We offer free and very reasonable worldwide shipping to more than 185 countries on No Minimum Order value.

CAN I PLACE THE ORDER OUTSIDE OF US?
Yes you can place the order from any country.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR IT?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
